This is the only time in my life that I give a bad review. I checked in at 18:00 on February 28th. I clearly booked two beds, but when I checked into the Yongheng Hotel (formerly Wanxing Hotel), I was told that it was one bed. The price for two nights was more expensive than one night. The staff on duty at that time felt like *****, with a bad attitude. I could stay or not. They made fun of me. I called Ctrip customer service, and the customer service said it was a system problem. This had never happened before. This time it really happened. Ctrip customer service promised to deal with it on the morning of March 1st, but there was no reply!!! This kind of service and this kind of behavior really made me sad!
